i almost never answer emotional questions in a simple direct way, so i don't know how to deal with the binary answer (to this question) i could present. to be "okay" would have to mean something measurable but i don't know the real answer. i enjoy this question because it's so provocative. if you really want an answer, i guess Yeah, but i still don't really know what it means.

Random creepy ahh comment: I believe you should be more friendly to your family. Of course I don't know what they are up to, but family is special. They always deserve multiple chances, as opposed to strangers. Remember that they are the people that truly want your safety/happiness. I was rebellious a few months ago, but now that I am not with them, I realize that I was too toxic. I don't know why but I feel guilty. Not that they were manipulative or anything, I genuinely feel that way now. Man I was such an annoying teen. I attribute that to my mental state though, makes me feel kinda less guilty. Anyways, hope I am not wrong

i sincerely appreciate this guestbook entry and concern. however, whether i can prove it or not, my family are not people who truly want my safety or happiness. they've caused harm, and while i will always give true chances where I can, i cannot expect them to be unabusive of each one i foolishly give them. as harsh as i can be to them, it is all in due process of liberation. p.s. i noticed you said a few months ago but still used language like "Man I was such an annoying teen"...? just curious how you're framing that in your reflection.
